Debi is a certified raw food chef, lifestyle coach and nutritionist and offers a variety of vegetarian, vegan and raw-vegan services. Debi specializes in private "transition to vegan" retreats at Pheasant Hollow farm where she resides with her husband Dave.
Inspired by her mother who was an excellent cook and baker, and her vegetarian step-daughter, Debi is a passionate, adventuresome, and enthusiastic chef and cooking instructor whose professional experience spans over two decades. She shares her culinary heritage, traditions and devotion to the vegan lifestyle through cooking classes and demonstrations, interactive dinner parties, and personal chef services. Currently the owner of Uncooked Creations, she also sells custom raw cakes and pastries as well as raw crackers, breads, pizza crusts and other delectable vegetarian and vegan raw food products.
