1. What is the raw-vegan diet?

THIS IS A DIET EXCLUDING ALL ANIMAL AND THEIR BYPRODUCTS , EATEN WITHOUT ANY USE OF HEAT. FOOD EATEN IN ITS NATURAL STATE OR WARMED OVER TIME AT SUCH A LOW TEMP AS TO KEEP ALL OF ITS PRECIOUS ENZYMES UNDAMAGED. SUCH A DIET IS NATURALLY NOURISHING AND CLEANSING. THE CONSUMING OF LIVE FOODS , ENLIVENS OUR HEALTH OPTIMALLY.

2. What is it you do in the field of raw foods exactly?

AS A BODY WORKER AND CLEANSING SPECIALIST I EDUCATE AND ENCOURAGE PEOPLE ONTO THE FAST TRACK TO REGAINING AND MAINTAINING THEIR OPTIMAL HEALTH WITH THE USE OF UNADULTERATED FOODS, CLEANSING AND EXERCISE. SUPPLEMENTS AND MODALITIES FOR ATTAINING A MAINTENANCE LEVEL CAN BE USED INITIALLY BUT GOOD DIET IS THE FOUNDATION OF GOOD HEALTH , SO WHEN PEOPLE COME TO ME BECAUSE THEIR BODY AND MIND HAS NOT BEEN FEELING WELL INSTEAD OF OFFERING THEM A BAND-AID I HELP THEM REDISCOVER THE POWER OF GOOD NATURAL NUTRITION. I CONSIDER MYSELF A TRANSITION TOOL FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE CHOOSING LIFE AND ARE COMMITTED TO GETTING BACK ON TRACK TO JOYOUS LIVING.

3. How did you get interested in the diet?

I HAD REACHED A CRISIS IN MY OWN HEALTH AND DECIDED TO MAKE CHANGES. AS I APPLIED ALL THAT I KNEW ; CLEANSING, SUPPLEMENTS, EXERCISE, GOOD NUTRITION AS I KNEW IT I IMPROVED BUT STILL FELT I WAS HAVING TO WORK TO HARD ALL THE TIME TO FEEL GOOD. I BEGAN LOOKING TOWARD THE PEOPLE WHO HAD A LEVEL OF HEALTH I WANTED TO ATTAIN AND MORE AND MORE OF THEM HAD RAW OR NEARLY RAW DIETS. AS I INCREASED THE PERCENTAGE OF RAW ORGANIC FOODS TO MY DIET A PERCENTAGE OF MY HEALTH ALSO INCREASED. I PROVED TO MY SELF OVER TIME WHAT WORKED FOR ME AND STOPPED FEELING I WAS WORKING SO HARD TO MAINTAIN MY HEALTH.

4. What do you eat in a day typically?

I LOVE TO START THE DAY WITH FRUIT OR FRUIT SMOOTHIE. PAPAYA , AVOCADO, LEMON AND OLIVES IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE BREAKFASTS OR WHAT IS SEASONAL, RIPE AND BECKONING IN THE MARKET RULES THE DAY.
MIDDAY I LOVE TO MAKE SALADS, ANY VARIETY AGAIN CHOSEN FIRST BY WHAT LOOKS HEALTHY TO ME SHOPPING. I MIGHT ADD SOME NUTS OR NUT BUTTERS AND TOAST, OLIVES .
THE REST OF THE DAY I SORT OF SNACK WHEN EVER I'M HUNGRY . I KEEP A BEAUTIFUL BOWL OF FRUIT HANDY, AND EXPERIMENT W SPROUTING DIFFERENT BEANS AND GRAINS IN CASE I FEEL LIKE SOMETHING GOURMET WITH A TASTY VARIETY OF SPICES. BALANCING THE FIVE TASTES IN A DISH IS BOTH CREATIVE AND REWARDING AND A PERSONAL FAVORITE IF I HAVE THE TIME AND DESIRE.

I AM AVAILABLE TO BROADEN THEIR HORIZONS OF KNOWLEDGE TO GOOD HEALTH AND SUPPORT THEIR PERSONAL JOURNEY TO IT WHICH WILL BE UNIQUE.
