Teflon. Our NEW Premium Teflex™
sheets have 25% more coating for increased durability and
strength to withstand years of heavy duty use. Clean up is a snap.
Unlike parchment
paper or plastic wrap that often becomes stuck to the food, Teflex™
sheets are 100% non-stick allowing even the stickiest foods just
peel right off. Teflex™ sheets are also FDA approved and are
temperature rated up to 500ºF so they can be used as baking sheet
liners.
