The word Madizal is a play on words. It incorporates the first few letters of each of our children's names. Madelynne, Izabella, and Alexandra. This name reflects the owner’s focus on family and on raising their children in an environment of healing and love. The words Life Design are more self-explanatory. Through these programs, you as the client will design the life of your choosing, whatever that may be.

Pay online with your credit card or bank account via PayPal. Pay in person via cash or check. There will be a $25 fee assessed for any bounced check, and all future appointments or product purchases will have to be paid online or in cash. To mail a payment, please contact the office. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify the office 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $30 cancelation fee.
