A raw vegan diet is the blessing that mother earth gives unto her children. 
Our mother wants only the best for us.  A raw vegan diet provides everything
we need to live full, healthy, happy and vibrant lives

I focus on providing people with the knowledge, support, and physical
exercise needed to transition from the deadly cooked food diet to the diet
nature intended, that is a raw vegan diet.

After several years of working in a corporate environment and eating many
vegetarian fast food I became ill. I found that the only way I was able to
feel young and strong again was through eating raw foods exclusively.  Once
I started my body became addicted.  After some time dealing with the mind's
tendency to hold on to old habits I found a peace and joy living a raw vegan
lifestyle.
 

Transitioning to a raw diet is challenging.  The entire body from before
birth in most cases in made up of cooked foodstuff.  This is not to mention
that unless you are going to live in an all raw community, you will be
surrounded by distractions.  As we are changing our diet we are also
changing our entire mental, physical, and psychological make up.  The
assistance of a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, empathetic coach is invaluable in
this process.  I employ the use of a raw vegan diet, yoga, astrology, and
personal training to help clients to recognize core issues which block the
expression of overall wellness.  This helps to make for a smooth transition.

I am available for travel and am especially interested in assignments in the Caribbean
