2.By eating predominately raw you will be achieving an alkaline based body! The healthiest body is a body that is alkaline based. Disease thrives in an acidic environment. The solution: Eat raw alkaline foods that make up at least 75% of your diet and choose only a small portion of acidic foods to make up the other 25%.
3.You will be choosing foods free from all of the 'bad stuff'! We mean, you will be choosing organic produce and eating organic food! Before we began our raw journey choosing organic was not even on our radar! So going raw brings with it a wealth of information and makes you aware!
