body needs 9-12 servings of fruits and veggies daily. If you were to put that
on a plate, it wouldn’t fit. So …. Use a large cutting board….doesn’t fit
there either does it?
Try taking about three servings of them and putting them into a juicer. Well?
Three down and 6-9 to go.
How about a smoothie? ( 3 servings)
A large salad? ( 3 servings)
How about not thinking you have to do this all TODAY?
How about seeking out some help? ( support group)

Would I like to skip the heart-attack, stroke, cancer, walker, oxygen tank in
the fanny-pack noise?
Honestly ……are any of you there yet?
